Position: Growth Systems Manager

Location: Remote in Colorado, Maryland, or Virginia | Other locations may be considered 

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 Annual Salary | Dependent on Candidate Experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible Hours

Position Overview

 

The Growth Systems Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for the technology platforms that support Sandstone Care's Growth team including Admissions, Business Development, and Marketing. As a member of the Information Systems team, this role serves as the primary technology partner for Growth leaders, translating business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, client engagement, and census growth. This position owns the Growth technology stack, including CRM, contact center, marketing, engagement, and privacy platforms. The Growth Systems Manager will play a key role in major technology initiatives and implementations. 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Growth systems, including CRM, contact center, marketing, and engagement platforms.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain workflows, automations, integrations, reporting, and data quality.
  • Partner closely with Admissions, Marketing, and Business Development leaders to identify and implement technology solutions.
  • Lead Growth-related technology projects, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, training, and adoption.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain clear documentation, system governance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, business partnership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 3+ years as the primary administrator or owner of a CRM or comparable business platform with ability to show examples of hands on experience configuring a CRM required 
  • Experience with New Resilence, Salesforce, or a healthcare focused CRM strongly preferred
  • Experience with API integrations is preferred
  • Familiarity with call tracking and contact center platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), CallRail, or Five9 is a strong plus; willingness to learn and own these systems is required
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing data tools (Ours Privacy, Freshpaint, or similar), Google Analytics 4, and tag management is a plus
  • Must be able to work across multiple time zones
  • A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Previous experience or general knowledge of behavioral health treatment providers is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.

Here's an overview of what comes next:

  3. Interview with Hiring Manager: You'll have 1 hour interview with the VP of IT
