Position Summary
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that attract, retain, and engage talent across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations. This role partners closely with HR and Finance to ensure total rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy, with a strong emphasis on compensation strategy and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation
Serve as the primary subject matter expert on compensation, advising HR Partners, Talent Acquisition and senior leaders.
Analyze compensation data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
Manage participation in compensation surveys and partnerships with external vendors.
Lead the annual compensation planning and review cycle in ADP.
Support job evaluations, salary structure design, and market benchmarking.
Maintain compensation frameworks, policies, and data accuracy.
Benefits
Lead annual benefits renewals and ongoing program enhancements.
Ensure benefit offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs.
Conduct benchmarking and analysis to identify opportunities for program improvement.
Serve as an escalation point for complex benefits matters.
Oversee benefits compliance, policies, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
6–8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Deep knowledge of total rewards best practices, compensation design, compliance, and market trends.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups; macros a plus).
Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Director of Sales and Outreach

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Sales and Outreach oversees designs and implements sales and marketing strategies and techniques to achieve annual sales goals for both assisted living and memory care at Frank Residences. In keeping with the mission and values of the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living this position will promote the positive image of Frank Residences and Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center to generate and cultivate prospective residents for the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (SFCJL).
Essential Functions
Develops and implements the annual marketing plan and budget with set goals and objectives.
Budget management includes monitoring of expenditures charge approval establishment of priorities for expenditures and preparation of budget variance analysis.
Provides input on marketing strategies including branding positioning promotions advertising public relations events and company website.
Partners and closely collaborates with the Campus marketing department to design and produce invitations postcards signage and event materials as appropriate.
Identifies and analyzes marketing trends to keep the community up to date with market demands and remain competitive with other RCFEs.
Presents and submits monthly data on key metrics related to performance and occupancy reports to ensure the position is effective.
Represents and positively promotes the community at public events. Plans and facilitates social and educational events.
On behalf of SFCJL identifies and develops relationships with potential referral organizations including senior services agencies and providers community-based organizations synagogues hospitals churches real estate agents etc.
Participates in prospective placement tours for professionals and prospects resulting from community outreach efforts.
Oversees the sales cycle admission and move-in process including but not limited to educating prospects and their families about Resident Agreement application process and providing tours. Ensures and reviews records for approval of prospective residents including applications all the required licensing forms and financial reports.
Tracks progress of prospective residents and maintains the interests of prospectives in CRM. Oversees and maintains accuracy of data in CRM.
Oversees and manages the administrative operations and personnel of the Sales Department. Interviews hires supervises trains and provides performance management to Sales staff.
Attends and participates in management meetings and other meetings as required.
Oversees the staging of the model apartments.
Recognizes and reports concerns regarding residents’ physical and psychosocial status to a member of management team.
Demonstrates strong working knowledge of and ability to comply with move-in policies procedures and Title 22 regulations.
In conjunction with the Administrator stays current on local state and national regulations and policies regarding housing for the elderly (Department of Social Services).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum five years of marketing and/or sales experience required. Prior sales/or marketing experience in real estate property management public relations and/or senior residential living.
Requires 2-3 years of progressive management experience with preference for a similar healthcare environment.
Highly proficient phone office equipment and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Teams Adobe Creative Suite DocuSign and database experience. Ability to quickly learn new database software. Additional experience with CRM and social media platforms such as Facebook YouTube Instagram and Twitter.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills especially listening and responding. Must be able to clearly outline measurable goals for the Sales/Marketing and FR Operations teams.
Must be able to maintain a calm professional demeanor in a constantly active office environment maintaining composure and problem-solving capacity under pressure or in emergencies.
Work experience in a health care or comparable work environment requiring a high level of compliance with confidentiality regulations and established procedures.
Available transportation for networking and attending community collaborative events.

Must be able to sit for up to 75% of the workday.
Must be able to stand and walk throughout the workday.
Must be able to push and pull up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
Must be able to bend stoop stretch twist sit and reach.
