Sales Operations Specialist
What's the Short Version?
The Sales Operations Specialist provides operational and administrative support on various levels to the Inside, Outside and Sales Operations teams.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Assess, analyze, and report on employee productivity at the individual and departmental levels.
- Support the leadership team with potential schedule changes and capacity planning.
- Create reports for our Inside and Outside Sales Team.
- Create, maintain, and update users in various operational systems.
- Create, maintain and update jot form request; provide reporting as needed.
- Coordinate the onboarding of our Inside Sales new hire classes, including initial check in calls with new hires, sending welcome kits, updating users in multiple systems, sending samples, and assisting with verifying all equipment was received.
- Manage and send out anniversary certificates for Inside Sales and Sales Operations.
- Assist in processing UPS Claims; pull data from ODY for use in reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- 4-6 years of related customer service and data entry experience or equivalent education
- Experience with timeclock systems with a large employee base and reporting duties is preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter with strong initiative and high-performance level
- Able to stay on task and work independently with little supervision
- Ability to quickly learn new programs/platforms
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Ability to develop an efficient organizational system to manage processes, information, and communication.
- Employs exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Responds well to internal deadline pressures in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to convey information and concepts in a "user friendly" manner to different skill levels and personalities
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $25.00 - $33.65 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 5% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
