Credit Operations Coordinator
What's the Short Version?
The Credit Operations Coordinator assists in the management of timekeeping and related systems for the credit department staff and supervisors with operational duties and initiatives of the department and combined Credit Teams.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Help manage department attendance tasks including time off requests, holidays, leaves of absence and tracking individual statistics.
- Provide reporting as requested to supervisors and management related to department performance and attendance metrics.
- Assist Operations Supervisor with free demands, handling outgoing free demands and moving active free demands to active claim status.
- Update internal systems as needed when free demands expire.
- Post all payments into Salesforce.
- Monitor and communicate departmental birthdays and anniversaries to supervisors, including distributing SanMar Bucks.
- Oversee fax inbox and related inboxes during assigned timeframes.
- Support ad hoc projects and department initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.

- 1-3 years of administrative experience

What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $21.39 - $29.00 (WA, NJ); $19.68 - $26.68 (MN, NV, TX, VA); $18.40 - $24.94 (AZ, ID, FL MT, OH, TN) on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 5% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

Remote: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
