Inventory Analyst
What's the Short Version?
The Inventory Analyst plays a key role in monitoring and optimizing inventory levels across the organization. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining inventory reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and improve inventory performance levels. The analyst will track and analyze inventory data, proactively identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Create and manage detailed tracking reports to facilitate inventory management.
- Review and analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, implement strategies to improve accuracy, and recommend process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and reporting to support production teams.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth product flow and efficient inventory management.
- Maintain training documents to support the production planning team.
- Assist with special projects that support inventory management to improve key metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of applicable work experience.
- Mastery skill level with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Must be able to manage multiple assignments and have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Outstanding analytical skills and background.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team oriented, ability to clearly communicate and collaborate within the planning group.
- Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.
- Be able to work under pressure within a time frame.
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $77,970 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
