Senior QA Manual (Must: AI experience)

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior QA Manual Tester with proven experience in AI-based systems to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of software applications through comprehensive manual testing processes, with a special focus on validating machine learning models, AI workflows, and data-driven functionalities. This role requires a strong understanding of QA principles combined with the ability to test intelligent systems, evaluate edge cases, and validate AI behavior against expected outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test plans and detailed test cases for AI-driven applications.
• Validate the accuracy, consistency, and output of machine learning models and AI components.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, or anomalies related to AI predictions or data quality.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and developers to understand model behavior and define test coverage.
• Conduct regression, functional, exploratory, and acceptance testing across multiple environments.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, providing QA perspective and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or intelligent automation tools (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Familiarity with data validation techniques and testing of model inputs/outputs.
• Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Understanding of AI frameworks or platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to test systems with non-deterministic outputs.

Advanced English:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
