Description: 
Role that generalizes, parameterizes and extracts information and geometry from a model using data mining, analysis and authoring tools.
It has funcional, technical and support skills.

Years of Experience:
1+

Responsabilities:

• Develop BIM models and content of various disciplines, both existing conditions and project and/or work.
• Review third party BIM models for quality control and coordination of interferences.
• Development of families and complex objects.
• Point cloud scanning campaigns.
• Develop and review guidelines and training content according to your expertise and experience.
• Training development support.
• Automate small tasks using Dynamo, Grasshopper or the Api. All our specialists must be agile in Dynamo.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency (4 out of 5) in
  • Revit (ARC, STR, MEP)
  • AutoCAD
  • Navisworks
• Good oral and especially written communication skills in Spanish and English. No excluyente
• Knwoledge in AEC Industry
• Student or bachelor degree in Architecture - Eng
• Other softwares - can apply

• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Organised person, able to manage his/her time effectively.
