Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Administration professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Handle budgeting and financial reporting for administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.

Advanced English:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
