Senior Human Capital

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Human Capital professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human capital strategies that align with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Monitor and improve employee performance and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with HR software and systems.

Desirable:

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience in organizational development.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies.

Advanced English:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
