Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
• Manage the marketing team and allocate tasks.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Create and oversee content creation for various channels.
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Desirable:

• MBA or advanced degree in marketing.
• Experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM.

Advanced English:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
