Job Description: We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct user research and provide insights to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through various methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Analyze and interpret research data to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to improve user experience.
• Create user personas and journey maps.
• Stay updated with UX research trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HCI, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX research.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback).

Desirable:

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with UX design.
• Knowledge of data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R).

Advanced English:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
