Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Law and Tax matters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, with a special focus on legal, tax, and fiscal aspects, and providing recommendations to ensure compliance and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis with emphasis on legal and fiscal implications.
• Provide guidance on tax and regulatory requirements affecting business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and implement business process solutions aligned with compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and ensure legal/tributary adherence.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Abogacía), Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or advisory roles with focus on tax and fiscal matters.
• Strong understanding of legal, tributary, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Desirable:

• Postgraduate studies or certifications in Tax Law, Corporate Law, or Business Law.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
