Job Description: Senior Tech Sales
We are looking for a Senior Tech Sales professional to act as a technical-consultative benchmark during discovery, design, and definition phases. Your mission is to ensure total alignment between the client's business needs and Santex's technical capabilities, taking responsibility for the quality of technical proposals, the precision of estimations, and the overall robustness of the delivery strategy.
Responsibilities
- Discovery & Assessment: Lead technical discovery processes alongside Sales and Delivery teams. Research client contexts (industry, stack, competition) to detect technical pain points and transformation opportunities, evaluating the technical feasibility of every proposal.
- Solution Design: Define high-level architectures and select appropriate technologies and tools. Design technical approaches focused on scalability and security, documenting solutions for proposals and ensuring a smooth handoff to delivery teams.
- Proposal & Estimation Support: Collaborate in defining technical scopes, resources, and seniority levels. Lead technical presentations to clients and co-create proposals with Santex Lab, Growth, Culture, and other specialist teams to ensure coherence between promise and execution.
- Project Kick-off & Handoff: Perform technical handoffs to delivery teams, validating that the proposed architecture is correctly implemented and mitigating early technical risks.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Propose enhancements to estimation frameworks, identify relevant emerging technologies, and contribute to internal technical standards and consultative practices.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant technical experience, with a proven track record as an Architect, Staff Engineer, or Technical Lead.
- Technical Expertise: Solid experience in software architecture (Enterprise & Legacy), Cloud environments, Digital Transformation, Data, and AI solutions.
- Client Engagement: Extensive experience in direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- English: Advanced English proficiency is required (Excellent verbal and written communication for C-Level interaction).
