As a Senior Business Development professional, your primary responsibility will be to create and develop new business opportunities and drive the expansion of our client base. You will design and execute sales strategies aligned with industry-specific plans and the company’s objectives.
We are looking for someone with a strong hunter mindset who combines strategic thinking with an unwavering focus on acquiring new clients. You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships, particularly in new business development.
This is a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement aggressive, effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and meet revenue goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities for new business.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, focusing on new business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support growth initiatives.
- Support the sales team in identifying key conferences or industry events where the company should participate.
- Clearly report progress, making extensive use of the company’s CRM (Salesforce).
- Work closely with each industry lead to nurture their strategies. Our focus industries are: Healthcare, Fintech, Food & Beverage, and AgTech.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure cohesive messaging and offerings.
- Track key performance metrics and monitor sales performance, applying agile principles to adapt and optimize sales processes while providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- Implement sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in the software services industry.
- Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or growth roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development industry, trends, and competition.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales/marketing tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with effective project management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills with prospects and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Relations, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
