Senior IAM Analyst

About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst with a strong focus on Okta administration and Active Directory Group Management. This role will be primarily responsible for heavy Okta support, with additional responsibilities in CyberArk support. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of identity access management expertise, authentication protocol knowledge, and the ability to perform Tier 2/3 troubleshooting. This role is remote and nearshore-based.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide exceptional customer service while fulfilling user security access requests.
• Administer and support Okta, including group management, application integration, MFA, and troubleshooting authentication issues.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory groups, permissions, and policies.
• Support CyberArk administration and resolve access-related issues.
  Review security permissions assigned to individuals and groups to ensure compliance and appropriateness.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests related to user activity.
• Monitor and maintain system functionality, security standards, and authentication services.
• Support cross-functional projects and provide Tier 2/3 technical support for incidents and requests.
• Track and manage team and individual work queues, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving IAM systems and security best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with IDaaS platforms, including Okta administration.
• 1+ year of experience with Active Directory, including group management and policy administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC single sign-on protocols.
• Experience enabling and managing SSO for web and mobile applications.
• Experience implementing and configuring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Familiarity with CyberArk or similar privileged access management tools.
• Understanding of protocols, services, and traffic flows for authentication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Server, AD, DNS, and Office 365/Exchange.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Have

Experience with SailPoint or other IAM tools.Okta Certified Engineer credential.

5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
