Semi Senior Content Designer

Job Description: We are looking for a Semi Senior Content Designer to join our team and play a key role in managing, optimizing, and creating content that powers our AI assistant. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a background in marketing, communications, or related fields, and the ability to craft clear, engaging, and business-oriented content in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and maintain documentation feeding the AI assistant, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Write, edit, and optimize B2B content aligned with brand voice and tone (English and Spanish).
• Create and improve key documents, such as FAQs, conversational flows, and new content assets.
• Test the AI assistant across different flows to identify incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent responses.
• Report improvements and document information gaps to continuously enhance the assistant’s knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX) to ensure alignment in communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content design, content management, or similar roles.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and Spanish (advanced English required).
• Experience creating content for digital platforms and B2B contexts.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with evolving information.
• Strong analytical skills to identify content gaps and improve clarity.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with conversational design and AI-powered assistants.
• Knowledge of UX writing principles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
