Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Delivery and Office Manager to join our team and lead our client success strategy within the Financial Services vertical. In this client-facing, cross-functional leadership role, you will oversee multiple delivery teams, mentor Delivery Leads, and act as a strategic partner in growing our presence in the sector. The ideal candidate is a high-performing leader with experience managing multicultural and distributed teams for corporate clients, driving technical initiatives while fostering a people-first and innovation-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Account Farming & Client Relationship Management: Act as the key point of contact for Financial Services clients, driving account farming initiatives and proposing innovative solutions to expand business.
- Resource & Team Management: Lead multiple delivery teams ensuring project execution within agreed standards; allocate resources effectively and partner with Recruiting to integrate new talent.
- Leadership Development: Establish a robust leadership structure by mentoring team leads, setting performance expectations, and nurturing a growth mindset.
- Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: Refine delivery processes to boost efficiency and quality, promoting adoption of best practices and compliance with ISO and Santex standards.
- Technical & Cultural Leadership: Act as a technical advisor on software trends, promote Santex values, and help define strategies for incorporating AI into services and internal processes.
- Financial Oversight: Validate account margins and cost structures to ensure financial health, leading negotiations to improve profitability.
- Office Management: Support onboarding and cultural engagement in CDMX, participate in office events (Polanco), welcome new hires, and take part in Cultural Fit interviews for local candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent leadership role in technology delivery.
- Vast experience working in a corporate environment managing multicultural and distributed teams.
- Strong client relationship skills with a consultative mindset and a track record of driving account growth.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- International Travel: Required for client and team visits.
- Advanced English & Spanish: Fluent in both languages with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-making ability and results-oriented mindset.
Desirable
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or equivalent.
- Up-to-date understanding of software technologies and openness to new AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
Location & Modality
- Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Polanco).
- Modality: Hybrid Position (2 days per week onsite).
- Typical Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM.
