Job Description:

We are seeking a highly autonomous Oracle Symphony POS Technical Consultant to support the deployment of Oracle Symphony POS and its back-office suite across international markets. This role is critical for the configuration, integration, and documentation of the platform for franchisees in Latin America, ensuring regional operational needs align with global architecture.

We are looking for someone smart, self-managed, and a fast learner who can see the entire solution end-to-end, connecting dots across various technical modules and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle Symphony Configuration & Optimization: Learn in-depth configuration of Symphony POS and back office. Identify optimal configuration options for each market while ensuring consistency with global standards across LATAM deployments.
• Integration Oversight: Understand and support integrations with mobile apps, web ordering, kiosks, payment providers, fiscal solutions, and legacy systems (ERP, Inventory, CRM). Act as the bridge between specialized Oracle consultants to ensure a cohesive solution.
• Solution Design & Documentation: Document technical decisions and solutions end-to-end, maintaining up-to-date records that franchisees and internal teams can easily follow.
• Global Menu Management: Support global menu management within Oracle Symphony, creating and maintaining products, combos, condiments, and structures in collaboration with local markets.
• Collaboration & Strategic Oversight: Work directly with Global Leadership (Director and Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture) to coordinate the Oracle implementation team and shape solution standards from the ground up.

Required Skills & Profile

• Cognitive Ability: Very smart, quick to learn complex systems, and fully self-managed.
• Systems Thinking: Able to understand the full technical picture and help define solutions rather than just executing instructions.
• Experience: 5+ years in technical consulting or software engineering roles.
• Technical Proficiency: * Knowledge of JavaScript or C# (Symphony-specific development).
• • Understanding of system integrations and APIs.
  • General experience with POS systems; specific experience with Oracle Symphony POS (POS/Back office) is a major plus.
• Methodology: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in high-impact environments.

Desirable

• Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or restaurant tech industry.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium.
• Experience with international software deployments and multicultural teams.
