Job Description: Delivery and Office Manager
At Santex, we’re seeking a Delivery and Office Manager to lead our client success strategy, oversee multiple delivery teams, and act as a strategic partner in growing our presence in the sector while fostering our local culture in Mexico City.
Responsibilities
- Account Farming & Client Relationship: Act as the key point of contact for Financial Services clients, driving account farming initiatives and collaborating with sales to propose innovative solutions.
- Resource & Team Management: Lead multiple delivery teams, allocate resources effectively based on technical capabilities, and partner with HR/Recruiting for talent integration.
- Leadership Development: Establish a robust leadership structure, mentoring team leads and setting clear performance expectations to encourage a growth mindset.
- Process Improvement & Quality: Refine delivery processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction, promoting ISO/Santex quality standards and new frameworks.
- Technical & Cultural Leadership: Act as a technical advisor on software trends, embody Santex values, and help define strategies for incorporating AI into services and internal processes.
- Financial Oversight: Validate account margins and cost structures, lead negotiations to improve profitability, and monitor financial issues with internal stakeholders.
- Office Management: Promote office activities and in-person gatherings in CDMX. Welcome all new hires on their first day, participate in Cultural Fit interviews for local candidates, and manage facility needs as a liaison with staff areas.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent leadership role in technology delivery within corporate environments.
- Leadership: Exceptional experience motivating high-performing, distributed, and multicultural teams.
- Methodology: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Client Skills: Strong client relationship and account growth skills with a consultative mindset.
- Technical Savvy: Up-to-date understanding of software technologies and data-driven decision-making ability.
- English: Advanced English required (Fluent in both English and Spanish).
- Travel: Availability for international travel (Required for client and team visits).
Desirable
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or equivalent.
- Experience managing remote teams in diverse geographical locations.
- Creative problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement initiatives.
🕘 Typical Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
📍 Location: Mexico City, Mexico / 2 days per week onsite (Polanco).
