Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead AI to spearhead our technical vision and the execution of Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate possesses not only deep technical expertise in developing Machine Learning models but also the ability to guide engineering teams, define scalable architectures, and ensure that AI initiatives deliver real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for AI projects and guide developers in implementing complex solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable and robust AI/ML architectures, ensuring efficient integration with existing systems.
• Mentorship: Perform code reviews and mentor AI engineers to elevate the team's technical standards.
• AI Lifecycle Management: Oversee the process from large-scale data preprocessing to the deployment and monitoring of models in production.
• Strategy & Improvement: Continuously evaluate model performance and propose architectural enhancements based on the latest technological trends.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a technical bridge between Product, Data Science, and Business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI and Machine Learning.
• Previous experience leading technical teams or acting as an Architectural Lead.
• Expert proficiency in Python and its associated libraries.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and development frameworks.
• Solid experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.
• English proficiency is not required for this position.

Desirable

• Advanced experience with Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in Generative AI (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects.
• Knowledge of MLOps for automating the model lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to make critical technical decisions.
• Excellent technical communication and mentoring skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability.
