Senior Functional Analyst

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to act as the strategic link between business needs and technological solutions. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the design and development of core applications and Artificial Intelligence projects faithfully respond to the company's operational objectives, providing a solid vision that combines product management with fundamental technical criteria.

Responsibilities

• Business-Technology Link: Act as a facilitator in AI projects, continuous improvement, and core applications (e.g., commercialization, Astor, etc.), guaranteeing alignment between both worlds.
• Requirements Management: Survey needs with key users, document processes and use cases, and translate these needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Solution Design: Actively participate in the design of solutions with an integral product perspective, ensuring scalability and business value.
• Unique Team Collaboration: Work integrally with new technical leaders and mixed teams (internal talent + providers) under a unique team culture.
• Value Assurance: Validate that technological developments solve real problems, acting as an internal consultant.

Requirements

• Experience: Solid and verifiable track record as a Functional Analyst (FA) or Business Analyst (BA) in software development projects.
• Documentation Capability: Advanced experience in surveying and documenting functional requirements, business processes, and flowcharts.
• Business Understanding: Deep knowledge in service management, operations, and organizational processes.
• Technical Criteria: Sufficient technical notions to maintain fluid and effective dialogues with developers, software architects, and DBAs.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact with users of various levels, achieving consensus and prioritizing requirements effectively.
