Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Consulting to drive consultative sales and the development of integral transformation opportunities. This role is key to positioning Santex as a long-term strategic partner, combining AI, technology, communication, and cultural transformation for enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative Business Unit Development: Identify and lead complex sales processes with C-level profiles (CEO, CTO, CHRO, COO). Design holistic proposals that integrate business, technology, and people, managing the full sales cycle through Salesforce.
  • Value Proposition Design: Translate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps, co-creating alongside AI, Technology, and Culture teams. Define scopes, pricing models, impact hypotheses, and success metrics.
  • Strategic Positioning: Act as a benchmark for the company’s integral transformation proposal, building trust with key stakeholders and aligning the commercial narrative with Santex’s brand values.
  • Internal Articulation: Work in close collaboration with Santex Lab, Delivery, Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure total coherence between the commercial promise and the final delivery to the client.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends and behavior patterns to proactively adjust positioning and acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: More than 7 years in consulting, consultative sales, or business development within Enterprise contexts.
  • Specialization: Proven experience selling professional services in strategic consulting or digital transformation.
  • Technical Exposure: Real-world exposure to AI, technology, or data projects (without needing a deep technical background).
  • Value-Based Selling: Mastery of consultative sales methodologies focused on solving complex business problems.
  • Language: English proficiency is not required for this position.

Desirable

  • Experience in cultural transformation, organizational change, or change management projects.
  • Advanced knowledge in the strategic use of Salesforce for performance monitoring.
