Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned software engineer with a strong focus on Frontend development, capable of designing and delivering complex systems while ensuring high standards of scalability and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• System Delivery: Design, implement, and deliver complex software systems with a focus on high-quality user interfaces.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical roadmaps and align with business goals.
• Architectural Input: Understand and collaborate in architectural decisions to ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, follow strict coding standards, and enforce industry best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a primary focus on Frontend development.
• Core Stack: Expertise in React.js and TypeScript (Must).
• Technical Foundations: Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Time Zone: Ability to work within the 9 AM - 6 PM (EST/Miami) time frame.
• English: Advanced English proficiency is required.

Desirable

• Proficiency or familiarity with Go (Golang).
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and Lambda Functions.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with mobile technologies (React Native).
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
