Job Description: Senior Tech Consulting
We are looking for a Senior Tech Consulting to spearhead consultative sales and the development of integral transformation opportunities. This role is essential in positioning Santex as a long-term strategic partner for enterprise clients, combining AI, technology, communication, and cultural transformation.
Responsibilities
- Consultative Business Unit Development: Identify and develop integral consulting opportunities (AI, technology, and cultural transformation). Lead complex sales processes with C-level and senior leaders (CEO, CTO, CHRO, COO). Design holistic proposals integrating business, technology, and people, including internal and external assets.
- Value Proposition Design: Translate business challenges into clear, actionable transformation proposals. Co-create alongside AI, Technology, and Culture teams, integrating the "La Mesa" methodology as a key differentiator. Define scope, pricing models, impact hypotheses, and success metrics.
- Strategic Positioning: Act as a leading reference for the company’s integral transformation proposal. Build credibility with leads and key stakeholders, identify account expansion opportunities, and align the commercial narrative with Santex’s brand values.
- Internal Articulation: Work in close collaboration with Santex Lab, Delivery, Growth, Culture, and Marketing/Branding teams to ensure total coherence between the commercial promise and final delivery.
- Sales Management: Design and implement the sales plan, defining revenue, margin, and expansion goals. Utilize Salesforce to monitor performance, trends, and key metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in consulting, consultative sales, or business development within Enterprise contexts.
- Specialization: Proven experience selling professional services, strategic consulting, or digital transformation.
- Technical Exposure: Real-world exposure to AI, technology, or data projects (ability to engage in technical discussions without needing a deep development background).
- Methodology: Strong focus on Value-Based and Consultative Selling to solve complex business problems.
Desirable
- Experience in cultural transformation, organizational change, or change management.
- Proven track record in managing long-term strategic partnerships.
