Job Description: AI Specialist

Purpose: To design, train, and maintain artificial intelligence solutions, including predictive models, conversational assistants, and core products (such as SAM Core), ensuring the technical viability of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and providing technical vision for estimations and solution design.

Critical Tasks

• AI Model Design and Training: Create and fine-tune predictive models tailored to the specific needs of each Proof of Concept.
• AI Platform Maintenance: Operate and maintain SAM, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous updates.
• Technical Support for POCs: Collaborate in the technical construction of tests, demonstrating capabilities, estimating timelines, and defining the necessary teams.
• Internal Technical Consulting: Advise on applicable technologies, best practices, and architectures for future projects.

Essential Functions

• Develop AI Backend Solutions: Implement, adjust, and maintain models and architectures for each project.
• Technical Effort Estimation: Analyze requirements, calculate timelines, and resources needed to guarantee technical feasibility.
• Technical Quality Assurance: Ensure the robustness, security, and performance of AI products and platforms.
• Product Manager Collaboration: Work together to align technical vision with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Academic Background: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Complementary Training: Courses in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning. Advanced knowledge in backend development.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience developing AI backend solutions and designing/training predictive models.
• Plus: Experience in the maintenance of conversational platforms.
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English.
