Job Title: Principal Software Architect (Must: Go, Kafka & AWS)
Position Overview: As a Principal Architect with Go at SantexGroup, you will be part of a seasoned team of software engineers and will help accomplish the company goals through feature development and delivery.
Project: Manage travel and expenses all in one place—with a connected card at the center

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and deliver complex software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical roadmaps
• Understand an collaborate in architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Conduct code reviews, .follow coding standards, and enforce best practices
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Principal Architect or Staff Engineer with focus in Backend or similar role
• Expertise in one or more programming technologies
• Go
• Kafka 
• SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Lambda Functions 
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies
• Experience in Fintech / Banking, dealing with large volumes of data and traffic

Nice to Have:

• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications
• English: Upper Intermediate / Advanced
