The Role:

As a Graphic Designer at Sauce Labs, you will support the marketing team in producing high-quality creative assets across digital, print, web, and campaign channels. Working under the direction of our Senior Graphic Designer, you will execute on established brand guidelines, templates, and creative direction to help scale our marketing output.

This role is production-focused - you'll receive creative briefs, brand assets, and design systems to work from, and your job is to deliver polished, on-brand work efficiently across a wide range of formats. You will play a key role in enabling the marketing team to increase its creative bandwidth and take on more impactful projects.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple concurrent requests, and is comfortable working across both digital and print mediums.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Asset Production:

  • Design email banners for campaign sequences, including pre-event, post-event, reminder, thank-you, and registration confirmation communications.
  • Create static and video ad creative for LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter/X, adapting to each platform's specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Produce social media tiles for LinkedIn, including event promotion and product launch assets.
  • Design blog header images, in-post tool graphics, and thumbnail designs for ongoing content programs.
  • Create monthly customer newsletter visual blocks and content assets.

Canva Brand System & Template Management:

  • Build product and campaign-specific templates within our Canva brand system (e.g., Sauce AI for Authoring, Sauce AI for Insights).
  • Help maintain and expand a library of 28+ marketing templates across 5 color variations.
  • Review team-created assets for brand consistency, providing guidance to non-designers working within the template system.

Document & Long-Form Design:

  • Design eBooks, guides, and long-form PDFs from provided copy documents.
  • Layout product and industry data sheets, competitive comparison one-pagers, and sales collateral.
  • Design case study PDFs formatted for sales use as email attachments and leave-behinds.

Event & Print Collateral:

  • Design conference swag including t-shirts (full color and inverted versions), stickers, and branded merchandise.
  • Create postcards, flyers, and event invite materials, including QR code integration for registration and raffle pages.
  • Design packaging for promotional items such as mints, bottles, and vendor-produced merchandise.

Presentation Design:

  • Design and polish slide decks for live and pre-recorded webinar presentations.

Web & CMS Content Updates:

  • Update existing web page content in Contentful, including copy, images, hero sections, and tab carousels.

Campaign & Cross-Channel Operations:

  • Create product icons, campaign illustrations, and branded graphics across marketing touchpoints.
  • Produce full cross-channel asset suites for product and industry campaigns spanning web, email, social, and print.
  • Package and format campaign content updates for sales enablement distribution.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating range across digital ads, print collateral, document layout, and web graphics.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Canva, including brand kit management and template creation.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms; Contentful experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working from established brand guidelines and design systems, with strong attention to consistency and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and meet deadlines independently, with work managed via Asana.
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness in Slack.
  • Experience designing for B2B tech or SaaS audiences is a plus.

This position is required to work in the office 5 days a week.
