Director, Strategic Partnerships

The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships to help scale Savant’s footprint across clinical research, health systems, life sciences, and data infrastructure. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify, negotiate, and grow high-impact relationships - spanning pilots, enterprise partnerships, and commercial collaborations. This is a high trust, externally facing role for someone who combines strategic clarity with executional rigor. You’ll bring structure to complex opportunities; help shape our go-to-market model and drive long-term value for both Savant and our partners.
Some Things You Might Work On:
- Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across healthcare providers, registries, payers, and life sciences organizations
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on commercial strategy, growth priorities, and market positioning
- Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities - from initial conversations through negotiation, contracting, and launch
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align external opportunities with internal capabilities
- Represent Savant at industry events and in key partner meetings, helping elevate our brand and expand our network
- Help shape our early go-to-market playbook, pricing strategy, and partner success model
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or healthtech commercialization
- Deep familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or health data infrastructure - and strong grasp of how partnerships get done in this space
- Track record of closing complex deals or collaborations involving clinical data, product integrations, or co-development
- Excellent communicator - able to earn trust with both executives and operators
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple high-stakes relationships, and moving fast with minimal oversight
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action - someone who can see around corners and execute in the near term

Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $110,000 to $160,000 per year, with meaningful equity. The final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions.
Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and Savant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.
