We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Business Development team based in Parsippany, NJ office. This is a hybrid work schedule.

 

Position Summary

This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing the firm's internal and external communications strategy, while also supporting brand visibility through targeted social media and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has exceptional writing skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Communications

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications including but not limited to client-facing emails, newsletters, press releases, leadership messaging, and client updates.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives by editing and packaging partner-authored content for various channels.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership and service line teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand tone and strategy.
  • Maintain an internal communications calendar and manage distribution lists within our HubSpot platform.
  • Maintain accurate content for the SAX website and all subsequent service sites.
  • Support development of communications strategies related to employee engagement, recruitment, and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials remain compliant with industry expectations.
  • Coordinate and execute firm webinars across all niches and services lines.

  

Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage organic and paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets and target strategies.
  • Create high-performing post graphics and copy tailored to platform and audience.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on paid social trends, algorithm changes, and platform ad policies to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Optimize audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on data and campaign objectives.
  • Integrate paid social media efforts with campaigns set up in HubSpot.
  • Track and report on both organic and paid social KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of marketing or communications experience, preferably within a professional services, B2B, or accounting/consulting environment.
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing social media accounts in a professional setting.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and pivot as needed.
  • Proficient in Zoom, Asana and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM, HubSpot, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments and all levels of the organization.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a partnership or matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with internal communications platforms (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, or intranet tools).
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

New Jersey Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 USD
