SAX Wealth Advisors, a division of SAX, is a leading wealth management firm focused on helping clients build, preserve, and manage their wealth through personalized financial strategies. We're looking for a motivated Intern to join our Wealth Advisory team in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal student will be available to work 16–20 hours per week, with flexibility around their class schedule. Reliable transportation is required. This internship runs for six months, with the potential to extend into the summer of 2026.
Summary:
This internship is designed to provide exposure to financial planning, investment management, and client service processes in a dynamic advisory firm. The ideal candidate is passionate about wealth management and eager to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the Wealth Advisory team with research, reporting, and investment analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to client relationship management processes.
- Help maintain CRM data, financial planning software, and client documentation.
- Complete ad hoc projects and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is required.
