Position Description:

Sayari seeks a visionary Vice President, Product Management for Applications to lead the strategy, product portfolio, and roadmap for its core application products, including Integrated Risk Management, Sayari Map, and Sayari Graph. This role is critical for driving product innovation and excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the evolving needs of Sayari's enterprise customer base. The role requires balancing rapid innovation with stringent requirements for quality, scalability, and regulatory compliance demanded by Sayari's clientele.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the entire application portfolio, from strategic planning to launch activities.
  • Own roadmap planning, taking into account market opportunities, customer needs, and partner opportunities.
  • Lead a team of product managers, technical product managers, and user experience designers.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment and successful product delivery. Engage with executive leadership, customers, and partners, translating complex technical and product strategies into clear narratives.
  • Monitor and measure performance and revenue metrics across the existing product suite to inform product maintenance, iteration, and prioritization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 in functional leadership role. Previous portfolio ownership is required.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring distributed, and global, product teams.
  • Individual that builds strong relationships with peers, possesses strong EQ, listens more than speaks, and is comfortable leading via influence
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following domains: third-party risk management (TPRM),  supply chain risk management (SCRM), GRC, compliance, cybersecurity, and financial crime.
  • Track record of scaling products in a data-intensive, high-growth environment for enterprises.
  • Experience in developing an AI strategy for your portfolio/products.
  • Ability to operate laterally within an organization, leading with influence.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities and leveraging data as success measures.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys speaking to large audiences in conference settings.
  • Ability to travel to sites globally (15%).
  • BS or BA degree, or higher.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with partner ecosystems (i.e., SIs, referral, reseller partners).
  • Experience working within the financial services industry.
  • Scaled agile experience and lean portfolio management.

Pay Range

$260,000 - $295,000 USD
