Position Description

The Services team at Sayari has mastered the use of public data in complex investigations and supply chain screening — and ensures that our customers can do the same. As a Delivery Consultant at Sayari, you will lead the global post-sale implementation and program management components of our highest-priority commercial enterprise accounts. You will own the full delivery lifecycle from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success, ensuring that customers fully realize the value of their investment in Sayari products and that every engagement is completed on time, within scope, and to a standard that drives expansion and retention. This role demands someone who is equally at home managing complex program plans and third-party partner relationships as they are briefing senior customer stakeholders on implementation progress. You will be Sayari's delivery standard-bearer in the field: the person our most important customers trust to get it done.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead global enterprise customer deployment projects and programs end to end, from post-sale kickoff through implementation completion and CS handoff, on time and on budget
  • Own and maintain program plans, BRDs, SOWs, acceptance criteria, risk registers, dependency maps, resource plans, and success criteria for each engagement, keeping all internal and external stakeholders accurately informed on a weekly basis
  • Manage third-party partner relationships for custom implementation builds, including Sayari Guide solution integrations, ensuring partner deliverables align with customer requirements and contracted timelines
  • Partner closely with Sales, CS, R&D, Enablement, FDEs, and Solutions Engineers to align on customer objectives, resolve implementation blockers, and ensure that delivery work ladders into retention and expansion outcomes
  • Produce and maintain client-facing and internal collateral including SOWs, BRDs, training documentation, data mapping documents, and status reports rolled up to the assigned program manager
  • Identify, escalate, and actively mitigate implementation risks including political friction between customer business and technology groups, scope misalignments, and overcommitments made during the sales phase
  • Streamline and scale complex accounts by documenting best demonstrated practices, contributing to team playbooks, and informing the Product and Engineering roadmap with customer trends and implementation insights
  • Travel up to 30% throughout the year to support on-site customer engagements, workshops, and implementation milestones as required

Skills & Experience

Required

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex enterprise technology implementations and delivery programs, with demonstrated ownership of engagements ranging from 30 to 60 days for small implementations to 12 or more months for complex multi-workstream programs involving third-party partners
  • Hands-on experience with TPRM workflows and enterprise technology products, solutions, and data assets; depth and complexity of prior engagements matters more than years alone
  • Demonstrated use of generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, data analysis, and workflow optimization; experience deploying or managing AI-driven products in a fast-paced environment is a strong plus
  • Fluency in Agile implementation methodology; working knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid approaches; familiarity with JIRA, Kanban, and comparable project management tooling
  • Experience producing BRDs and SOWs and managing scope, budget, and acceptance criteria across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage political friction between customer business and technology groups, navigate scope ambiguity, and align diverse internal and external teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the year
  •

Preferred

  • PMP certification or active pursuit of PMP
  • Experience with ABAC and AML workflow implementations
  • Familiarity with Sayari's product suite or comparable trade intelligence and risk data platforms
  • Professional fluency in a second language relevant to EMEA or APAC customer engagement

The target base salary for this position is $100000-$120000 plus commission and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Benefits:

  • 100% fully paid medical, vision, and dental for employees and their dependents
  • Generous time off; we observe all US federal holidays, close our office for a winter break (12/24-12/31), in addition to granting 18 PTO days and 10 sick days
  • Outstanding compensation package; competitive commissions for revenue roles and bonuses for non-revenue positions
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Eligibility to participate in additional benefits such as 401k match up to 5%, 100% paid life insurance (up to $100,000 coverage),, and parental leave
  • A collaborative and positive culture - your team will be as smart and driven as you
  • Limitless growth and learning opportunities

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
