Sayari maps the world's commercial relationships — beneficial ownership, corporate control, supply chain exposure — across 250+ jurisdictions. Our buyers are compliance officers, legal teams, and government analysts who make high-stakes decisions. They don't respond to retargeted ads. They respond to expertise, clarity, and content that shows its work.
We're looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own our organic pipeline — search, LinkedIn, social, and answer engine optimization. You'll join a marketing team that's already generating pipeline and have room to build something more systematic. This is an execution role that requires strategic thinking, not a strategy role waiting for someone else to execute.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO and content Map the full keyword and topic landscape for our buyer set — compliance, trade, TPRM, export control, UFLPA, OFAC. Audit what we have. Build what's missing. Measure what moves. You'll work closely with content and product marketing to produce work that ranks and converts, not just one or the other.

LinkedIn organic Sayari has a growing presence. You'll sharpen it — editorial calendar, executive thought leadership, company page strategy, and employee amplification. Our buyers live on LinkedIn. Our point of view belongs there too.

Social media You know which channels our buyers actually use and which ones are theater. You'll focus effort where it compounds — and you'll know the difference between a vanity metric and a demand signal.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) AI-generated answers are changing how buyers find solutions. You'll develop and own our AEO strategy — structuring our content so Sayari surfaces when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini about the risks we help them solve.

Measurement You'll track what matters: organic traffic by intent stage, content-assisted pipeline, search visibility for high-value queries, share of AI-generated answers in our category. You'll report on it clearly and adjust when the data says to.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation or content marketing, with at least 3 in a role owning organic channels end-to-end
- A track record of building pipeline from SEO and content — not just traffic, but qualified demand
- Fluency in modern SEO: technical, topical authority, E-E-A-T, schema markup, internal linking strategy
- Real hands-on experience with LinkedIn organic, not just the theory
- Familiarity with AEO as an emerging channel — you've started thinking about it even if you haven't fully built it
- Strong writing instincts — you don't need to write everything, but you need to recognize good from bad and make it better
- Comfort with ambiguity and the discipline to prioritize; you'll have more ideas than bandwidth
- Experience in a complex B2B environment — ideally compliance, legal tech, financial services, or government — where buyers are skeptical and the sales cycle is long
The target base salary for this position is $180,000-$195,000 plus bonus and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
