Creative Producers oversee project timelines and task coordination to ensure efficient, on-schedule execution. They alert the Account Supervisor if a client request is out of scope and helps level set on overages or additional SOW needs.
3). Client Communication:
Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with clients, updating them on progress and addressing any concerns. This proactive engagement keeps clients informed and reassured throughout the process. They will own daily client communication which includes but is not limited to sending versions of cuts and working files, keeping clients up to date on work back schedules and changes, consolidating feedback, and managing client meetings.

Work closely with cross functional teams to bring creative concepts and strategies to life, translating vision into concrete deliverables. Producers coordinate all moving parts, ensuring ideas come to fruition as planned. They work closely with editors and designers to give clear and concise creative direction that is in line with creative pitches to the client.
