Position Overview
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our production, strategy and accounts teams in requesting, organizing, prepping, and refining assets for various campaigns, including social, digital, and commercial projects. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. You’ll work closely with producers, account leads, strategists, and cross-functional teams to bring high-quality content to life.
Location and Salary
This is a full-time, exempt role based in Los Angeles with a salary range of $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience. There will be occasions when in-office presence, at either our Echo Park HQ or a client’s office, is required based on the needs of specific accounts.
Responsibilites
- Track all aspects of asset requests and delivery including placing asset requests, coordinating ingestion, managing request/ingest timelines, and organizing assets in internal systems.
- Maintain a media library for projects as assets are received and ingested.
- Pull clips and other assets from available portals and softwares to assist production and ensure we are meeting timelines.
- Organize, create, and upload project working files as assets are finalized and approved.
- Track asset details and nuances as it relates to partner requirements, safezones, etc. and ensure that guidelines are followed across all asset creation.
- Work closely with creative producers to make sure deadlines and creative expectations are met.
- Assists with project ticket creation and maintenance as needed as requests for new assets are received.
- Record meeting notes in internal and external meetings.
- Updates and manages editorial calendar based on production workback schedules and overall content cadence.
- Organizes and updates account related documents, databases and trackers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience preferably at an agency, studio, or production company.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows.
- Experience with management and organization in shared storage environments.
- Experience with AI tools is desired.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
