Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our growing influencer team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing, stays up to date on social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll assist with influencer sourcing, campaign coordination, communications, and reporting—playing a key role in helping bring campaigns to life. This position reports to the Director of Strategy.
Location & Salary
This is a full-time, non-exempt role with a salary range of $55,000-$70,000 depending on experience. There will be occasions when in-office presence, at either our Echo Park HQ or a client’s office, is required based on the needs of specific accounts.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Assist in identifying, vetting, and organizing influencer lists that align with campaign objectives and brand goals
- Manage influencer outreach and communications, including sending briefs, follow-ups, and collecting deliverables
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverable trackers, and approval processes to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
- Help manage influencer contracts, legal documentation, and payment tracking with guidance from senior team members
- Monitor influencer content for quality assurance, brand alignment, and timely posting
- Assist with tracking campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and impressions
- Contribute to recap reports with screenshots, metrics, and qualitative insights
- Stay current on social trends, creator communities, and platform updates to support strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field (internships included)
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and familiarity with creator culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms (e.g., Traackr, CreativeIQ) is a plus
- Experience working with entertainment or youth-driven brands is a plus
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for internet culture and social storytelling
