Marketing Communications Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator.
About the Role
We're looking for a curious, creative, and data-savvy digital content strategist who thrives at the intersection of compelling content and performance metrics. This role on our Marketing and Communications team will shape how our brand shows up online—from social media storytelling to website experiences—with a strong emphasis on campaigns, analytics, and audience growth.

Responsibilities
Content Leadership
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies, themes, and messaging across our social media and web channels, aligned with brand goals and voice.
- Partner with your teammates and our firm’s subject matter experts to craft thought leadership campaigns that bring technical or complex stories to life.
- Develop and drive the monthly social media editorial calendar with a mix of trending topics, evergreen pieces, and creative graphical content.
- Collaborate with our graphic designer to create engaging video and graphic content.
- Own the content approval workflow for digital channels.
Analytics & Optimization
- Own performance reporting across platforms—LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the company website—using tools like Google Analytics, HotJar and native platform insights.
- Develop annual competitive analysis of S&B USA’s digital channels compared to key competitors.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously refine strategies based on data (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
- Utilize A/B test messaging, formats, and channels to improve content performance.
SEO & Website Strategy
- Execute content and design changes on the S&B USA website with direction from team leaders.
- Lead on-page and technical SEO improvements, including content optimization, metadata, keyword strategy, and page structure.
- Partner with web developers and designers to improve the user experience and drive organic traffic.
- Stay up to date on Google algorithm changes and best practices.
Additional Responsibilities
- We’re a nimble team that develops a variety of internal and external projects in support of company objectives, so the right candidate will also help support non-digital work.
What Success Looks Like
- Measurable growth in social media engagement and website traffic driven by content.
- Increased keyword rankings and visibility across high-value search terms.
- Proactively planned monthly social media campaigns and themes.
- A strong presence as a brand voice in our industry’s digital space.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, content strategy, social media or a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, web analytics (GA4), and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
- Strong writing skills with a portfolio of high-performing content.
- Ability to turn insights into strategy and strategy into action.
- Self-driven to seek out our organization’s stories, turn opportunities into content, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop and InDesign to develop and edit photos and graphics. Strong PowerPoint user skills.
Bonus: experience in the infrastructure, construction, or complex industries where some content is technical.
