Job Summary:

Join our expanding MX team as an Operations Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in spearheading project execution and ensuring we meet our service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborating with a team of talented individuals, you'll lead the way in operational excellence, drive efficiency, and play a pivotal role in our team's and company's success.

As a Scalien, you will:

  • Build and drive some of our most critical operational processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers.
  • Apply analytics to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the GenAI MX Country Lead and cross-functional teams to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage tasks and projects effectively, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Uncover and overcome pipeline blockers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Maintain advanced English communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
  • Embark on a journey of personal and professional development, learning from the brightest minds in the field.

What you bring to the table:

  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • At least three months of industry experience in an operational role and/or a top-tier consulting firm.
  • An action-oriented mindset, balancing creative problem-solving with scrappiness to deliver results.
  • Driven to adapt, demonstrate versatility, and succeed in a dynamic, high-tempo setting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setting.

What really Wows us:

  • Experience with SQL and/or another database language. 
  • Strong analytical, planning, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results.
  • An undergraduate degree with a substantial analytics component, such as Engineering, Economics, or Business. Alternatively, a strong interest in Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
