Senior Growth Product Manager, Generative AI
Scale is at the forefront of enabling Machine Learning across multiple industries by improving the world’s leading Generative AI and Large Language Models.
We are building the Generative AI Data Engine to push the boundaries of model development. We do this via human-powered datasets, world-class Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), model evaluation and more. We build products for AI research teams training models and the world’s largest marketplace of human intelligence.
Scale is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to take ownership of Scale’s contributor-facing growth product. In this role, you will define and drive the strategic roadmap to scale and expand our experts platform, shaping its growth trajectory and impact.
You Will:
- Build and lead a team of Growth Product Managers, mentoring and empowering them to execute high-impact growth strategies.
- Formulate and execute the general growth strategy for the platform in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Scale the workforce (e.g., creative writers, physics PhDs, coders, etc.) responsible for training many of the defining AI products of our time.
- Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver transformational growth initiatives.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products that drive acquisition, screening and retention of our marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders to define and execute the company’s overarching product strategy.
Ideally, You’d Have:
- A technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in scaling and leading teams of product managers at high-growth startups.
- A strong track record of driving growth and retention, including scaling consumer bases and growth hacking at hyper-growth companies.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Excitement about working with AI technologies; experience with products leveraging AI is a strong plus.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and translate it into actionable plans.
Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process, and confirm whether the hired role will be eligible for equity grant. $212,000 - $222,500 USD
