- Build trusted relationships with candidates, understanding their career motivations and clearance sensitivities.
- Influence hiring teams with data on funnel health, speed to hire, and competitive positioning.
- Ensure all recruiting practices align with clearance, compliance, and diversity requirements.
- Create a high-touch experience for candidates, collaborating with recruiting ops and business partners to manage logistics and communications.
- Contribute to strategic projects to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate quality, and employer brand within the public sector.

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years focused on cleared hiring for GTM, Delivery, or Operations roles within defense or public sector contracting.
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting environments and how business roles support mission delivery and program execution.
- Proven ability to engage passive candidates in secure or mission-focused sectors.
- Familiarity with clearance levels (TS/SCI, Poly) and related recruiting compliance standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to advise senior leaders and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to discretion and candidate experience.
