Field Marketing & Events Manager, GPS

At Scale, we develop reliable AI systems for the world’s most important decisions. As Scale’s Field Marketing and Events team continues to grow alongside our expanding Global Public Sector (GPS) business unit, we seek a talented and motivated Field Marketing and Events Associate to support our Marketing and Communications team in their event and field marketing initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, third-party trade show sponsorships, Scale-hosted executive events, Scale-hosted webinars, and our annual GPS flagship conference, Scale AI Base Camp. 

You will join a rapidly growing part of the business with the opportunity to support event execution, impact lead generation, and pipeline growth, and contribute to event programming with the largest names in AI. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of event coordination, strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for AI and technology.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Support the execution of all planning and logistics for regional (EMEA) conferences and events, including but not limited to: Global Public Sector executive dinners, sponsorship activations, executive speaking engagements, and sponsored conferences.
  • Support event sponsorship programs by tracking assets, deliverables, and engagement opportunities across events.
  • Assist in coordinating Scale’s annual GPS conference, Scale AI Base Camp, including venue and supplier relations, logistics, and attendee invites.
  • Coordinate support for GPS participation in Scale’s annual AI Leadership Summit, focusing on attendee invites and speaker outreach where required.
  • Maintain organised event plans, trackers, and internal documentation to ensure smooth execution and visibility across the Global Public Sector team and other business units. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and design to help coordinate collateral, signage, digital assets, and other event materials.
  • Assist with core operational tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Interface with internal executive teams to support their participation in Scale-hosted events.

Marketing Collaboration & Operations

  • Align with growth marketing on marketing campaigns and event reporting. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product Marketing, Communications, Growth Marketing, Brand, and EPD teams to consistently articulate Scale AI’s vision and value proposition.
  • Track event campaign performance and ROI through Salesforce, providing detailed recaps and metrics.

Travel

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% in order to execute on in-person events across international locations.

Ideally You'd Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in event management, including previous work experience within GCC countries. 
  • Experience supporting events ranging from 30 to 500+ attendees.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task while liaising across internal teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Must be punctual, professional, reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with the world’s leading executives and their teams.

Nice to Haves:

  • Native or proficient in Arabic.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and project management tools.
  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively across various timezones.
