Role Summary:

The Media Manager plays a key role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns. This involves analyzing consumer behavior, leveraging digital touchpoints, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance brand presence and achieve client objectives. The Media Manager is responsible for campaign planning, optimization, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Behavior Analysis: Analyze consumer internet usage, including preferred devices and digital platforms, to inform media strategies.
  • Campaign Development & Implementation: Create, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Media Strategy & Planning: Implement digital media strategies and plans, negotiate and purchase media.
  • Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Oversee campaign planning, implement optimization strategies, and provide ongoing reporting. Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and extract relevant learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across departments to create integrated marketing campaigns that connect all touchpoints in a unified and coordinated manner.
  • Creative Consultation: Advise on the effectiveness of digital creative formats, extending beyond campaign-specific thinking.
  • Client Management: Understand client business and communication goals, as well as the agency's strategic plans to achieve those goals. Comprehend overall client strategies and contribute to strategy development as needed. Work independently and manage the day-to-day implementation of client activities. Drive integration across all stakeholders to ensure that all briefs align with strategy and budget parameters.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in social media, content strategy, and mobile technology.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Creative thinking combined with a methodical, analytical, data-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of SEO and web analytics.
    • Knowledge of traditional media is a plus.
