
Human Resources Analyst
The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Human Resources professional to support our Asia offices and staff. The ideal candidate is mature, professional, organized, able to maintain confidentiality and highly sensitive information, and can manage a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What you’ll do
You will be delivering a best-in-class employee experience and take an active role in:
Onboarding & Immigration
- Drive end-to-end onboarding: draft offer letters, run background checks, schedule new-hire orientation, and manage employment verifications
- Own visa and work-authorization processes, liaising with external counsel and government agencies
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain Workday data accuracy; generate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports
- Support payroll preparation and statutory filings
- Partner with Compliance on audits, surveys, refresh checks, and “Annual World-Check” reviews
- Organize HR documentation and assist with benefits administration
- Assist with permanent transfers and short-term assignments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policy
Talent Acquisition Support
- Coordinate interviews across time zones, and keep candidate data current in the ATS
- Help build the APAC intern and manage relationship with Career Centers
Others
- HR Global or Regional initiatives from time to time
What you’ll bring
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3 years’ experience in HR operations, or a similar HR support role (candidate with more experience may be considered for an Associate role)
- Hands-on expertise with HR systems—ideally Workday (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS)
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with payroll processes and statutory HR requirements in at least one APAC jurisdiction
- Fluency in English (spoken & written); proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus
- Mindset of continuous improvement and innovation—always seeking ways to streamline processes and enhance employee and candidate experience
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly
- High sense of urgency, sound judgement, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Collaborative, team-first attitude; easily builds rapport and strives for a best-in-class employee experience
