The Role 

We are seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support a small team of Portfolio Managers at Schonfeld in Singapore. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.                                                                                                                        

What you’ll do 

This is a role with many hats; this candidate will be responsible for extensive scheduling and calendar management, preparing agendas for meetings, expenses, answering phones and taking messages. They will arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, restaurant reservations.

  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
  • Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
  • Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-Starter
  • Personable, mature, and poised
  • Team player

  • Experience with organizing events
