Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our demand generation engine. In this role, you will be expected to integrate inbound and outbound demand generation strategies to drive growth and revenue. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and accelerate SchoolMint’s growth across the K-12 market. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education, a strong performance marketing mindset, and experience marketing to Charter and District Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of full funnel demand generation programs aligned with revenue goals.
- Design and optimize multi-touch customer journeys from initial engagement through pipeline creation
- Build and execute integrated campaigns across marketing channels, including email, paid media, website, events, webinars, etc.
- Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting key districts and charter networks in collaboration with the sales team
- Partner with content to develop high-converting assets and scale distribution across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Own performance across core demand gen channels including website, paid media, email, conferences/events, and organic channels
- Partner closely with the SDR team to align on lead quality, optimize handoff processes, and ensure marketing-sourced pipeline converts
- Own conversion funnel reporting and analytics - identifying the biggest optimization opportunities and implementing strategies to act on them
- Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
About You:
- 7+ years in demand generation, B2B marketing, or growth marketing—preferably in EdTech or K-12 markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Experience targeting school charter and district leaders understanding seasonality and education sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
- Experience building or scaling ABM and demand generation programs.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing attribution models.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
