Human Resources Systems Manager
New York
We’re seeking an Human Resources Systems Manager to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
As a member of our HR department, you will own technical infrastructure and operations, lead the HRIS team, and be responsible for the impending migration to a new HRIS. By questioning common assumptions, reimagining existing processes, and viewing every challenge as an opportunity for improvement, you’ll support process and technology on a global scale.

What you’ll do:
- Lead HR systems and input into the overall HR Systems architecture, strategy and planning
- Oversee UKG, HRSoft, Culture Amp, Greenhouse Onboarding, and Guardian
- Maintain, operate, and optimize HR systems and process employee data (such as new hire record creation)
- Play a key role in the implementation of Dayforce as the HR Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) and own deliverables related to system administration, configuration, testing, and data migration
- Provide high quality HR Systems support, user administration, and issue resolution to end users
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, application operational efficiency, and security
- Work closely with Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and other stakeholders to assess business requirements and lead the implementation of system(s) enabled solutions, such as the implementation of new carrier feeds and enhancements to the compensation and performance management process
- Develop user manuals, guidelines and workflow documentation
- Drive regular review and perform HR system upgrades and patches in coordination with IT
- Maintain data integrity and ensure all HR systems are compliant with security and privacy requirements
- Deliver HR data reporting and related people analytics to support internal needs and compliance requirements
- Lead and functionally direct the HRIS Senior Associate
- Manage HR systems vendors relationships
What you’ll need:
- At least six years of experience in HRIS and HR process and/or system improvements
- At least three years of experience in managing HRIS implementations and leading vendors and vendor roadmaps
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with other HR solutions such as CultureAmp, Greenhouse Recruiting and Onboarding, Guardian, etc. is a plus

Estimated base salary range: $120,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
