Senior Administrative Business Partner (Legal and Commercial)

We’re seeking a Senior Administrative Business Partner (Legal and Commercial) to join our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
As a member of our Legal and Commercial groups, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining administrative and operational needs. Your sound judgment and collaborative abilities will allow you to build the working relationships necessary to keep these teams moving forward.

What you’ll do:
- Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the legal commercial operations team, including, but not limited to: scheduling meetings and managing the electronic signature process for legal agreements (through DocuSign, Box, and potentially other processes you will aid in developing)
- Manage, oversee and track the review, negotiation, and execution of commercial technology contracts, including software and hosted agreements, NDAs, SOWs, amendments, and consulting agreements
- Monitor and execute renewals and terminations for sales and vendor agreements
- Review and proofread contracts and other correspondence to extract/highlight relevant terms for internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate and assess the current Contract Lifecycle Management process (CLM), developing new processes where needed for maximum efficiency
- Devise, implement, and maintain a ticketing system and workflows
- Oversee and perform all electronic filing and records management
- Conduct research projects as assigned
- Provide backup for other legal operations professionals as needed to ensure consistent coverage
What you should have:
- At least five years of experience with administrative and contract management responsibilities that cover commercial technology transactions
- Experience working with SaaS and on-prem licensing models
- Proficiency with Box, DocuSign, Asana, and GoogleSuite
- Four-year degree preferred

Estimated base salary range: $65,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
