Temporary Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We’re seeking a temp to hire FP&A Manager to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods!
As a member of the Finance team, the FP&A Manager works closely with cross-functional groups to ensure alignment between financial performance and corporate goals, providing actionable insights that help drive business strategy and decision-making.

What you’ll do:
- Provide financial modeling support to the FP&A department, in addition to supporting reporting and analyzing functions
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to gather data, set financial targets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Continuously refine forecasting processes and models to improve accuracy and relevance
- Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes
- Implement and leverage financial systems, tools, and technologies to automate reporting, forecasting, and analysis functions
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- At least two years in a managerial or supervisory role

Estimated base salary range: $120,000 - $170,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
