Job Summary:  The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the organization's HRIS to enhance HR processes and support strategic business objectives. Experience with Workday Required!

Schedule: While primarily a remote position, Monday - Friday, employee is required to attend monthly in office cadence twice per month. From time to time, additional in-person team meetings may be required as well and helping to cover business needs. 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS database (Workday), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. 
  • Perform regular system audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues. 
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for management, providing insights and recommendations. 
  • Create ad-hoc reports as needed and assist in building standardized reporting templates. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements or automation. 
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to design and implement system improvements. 
  • Provide support on HRIS-related inquiries and issues. 
  • Develop and conduct training programs for HR staff and end-users to ensure efficient system utilization. 
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities. 
  • Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. 
  • Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data. 
  • Collaborate with HRIS vendors to resolve issues, implement updates, and optimize system performance. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS. 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRIS processes, configurations, and procedures. 
  • Keep documentation up-to-date with system changes and enhancements. 
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis. 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role required. 
  • Experience with Workday required. 
  • Project Management & Change Management skills preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms, databases, and reporting tools. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 

 

Salary Pay Range

$70,000 - $75,000 USD
