Job Summary: Supports various operational projects within the organization and provides valuable assistance across a range of diverse tasks
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business hours
Essential Functions:
- Ownership of all office based CLIA administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- new applications
- status change applications
- tracking inspection dates
- certificate expiration dates
- Ownership of office-based cancer reporting programs including but not limited to creating workflows and training materials for office passed reporting by state.
- Various support projects as assigned by Vice President of Operations.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a health care setting
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance
- Strong attention to detail
Hourly Pay Range
$23 - $24 USD
